We had a great stay in this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. We particularly enjoyed the hotel facilities, including the large swimming pool and saunas. The location was perfect for us, as it was near a supermarket and the metro.

The hotel's great location makes it convenient to experience Dubai's main attractions with only a short distance from supermarkets and shopping centers. Plus, its proximity to the airport is a bonus for travelers. The room and bathroom were decently sized, and the facilities met the basic needs for a comfortable stay.
The hotel's accounting system needs improvement as it caused a delay in releasing the held amount on the credit card, as mentioned in a previous review.

I recently stayed at this venue and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The location is fantastic, situated in a vibrant area between two metro stations that make commuting a breeze. Moreover, the staff is amazing and made my stay even more enjoyable. The room amenities are top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The restaurant staff was very efficient, and the food was great! I also loved the leisure facilities, including the indoor pool and sauna. On top of all that, the hotel staff provided a high level of service, ranging from airport shuttle to 24-hour room service. it was a superb experience.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone as it has everything you could ask for in a stay, whether it's for leisure or business.

Centrally located, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Helpful reception staff, with rooftop pool and jacuzzi. Clean, decent sized rooms. Co-operative and friendly staff. Good place to stay overall.
